As you step in, a lively, spacious living area greets you, complete with TVs and cozy electric fireplaces, promising countless chilled nights of movies, storytelling, and bonding.

The house, spread across two floors, hosts four well-appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to eight in absolute comfort and tranquility. Each floor dons two bedrooms and a bathroom, allowing large families or groups the perfect balance of chance gatherings and privacy.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a food lover’s delight. Whether it’s quick breakfasts or festive dinners, the kitchen is stocked with state-of-the-art appliances including a Keurig coffee machine, oven, stove, and more. Indulging your culinary instincts has never been this easy!

Stepping down to our recreational hub, you’ll discover an entire room dedicated to fun and games. With a ping pong table, pool table, and board games, the space is meant for shared laughter and memories to cherish.

The sizable backyard epitomizes rural charm; here, you can admire picturesque landscapes or engage in a game of Pickleball. At night, gather around the firepit under a star-studded sky – the stories and marshmallows are all you need to bring.

Vehicle is definitely needed as you are a few miles from the nearest dollar general and other establishments.

As we navigate the upcoming temperate season of winter, imagine cozy days and nights tucked by the fireplace with loved ones. Come winter, our home transforms into a snowy haven, perfect for both tranquility seekers and enthusiasts longing for outdoor adventures at nearby attractions.

As for your gastronomic journey, local gems like Caddo Cafeteria and Chief & Snoogie’s Hickory Pit give a taste of the southern charm, serving up incredible dishes cooked with love. A vehicle is definitely suggested as you are a few miles from nearest establishments.

Our rules stipulate no footwear inside and smoking on premises. We request guests to ensure all appliances are turned off upon leaving. Pets are welcome!

As our guests, you have unrestricted access to the house (minus the storage room), ensuring you feel right at home. The property boasts a secure smart lock for a smooth check-in experience. Rest assured, ample free parking space idyllic for participants in local fishing tournaments is available. Please note the warehouse on the upper section is strictly off-limits.

No shoes on the property. We have shoe racks next to the entrance doors. Please ensure all fireplaces, heaters and ac units are off when leaving the home.
