Across from a baseball field where you can catch intramural games on sundays. On a Main Street with light to medium traffic. Conveniently located near downtown with a great variety of restaurants.

Transit

Guests are asked to park in front of the home. A U-shape driveway, there is a back entrance assigned to guests occupying the rear unit.

Located in the heart of Decatur, our property is perfectly situated for you to explore town treasures like The RailYard, a favorite with food enthusiasts.

As winter approaches, our graceful dwelling transforms into a cozy escape from the chill. Curl up amidst our warm furnishings, perhaps in front of the large 4K TV for a quiet movie night. The coming holiday season promises to be magical with Thanksgiving, Christmas, or welcoming the New Year in the festive ambiance of Decatur.

For Valentine’s Day, consider a romantic walk in Delano Park or a memorable dinner at one of Decatur’s numerous fine-dining locations. By St. Patrick’s Day, our property could be your luxurious basecamp for local celebrations. And, as Memorial Day approaches, enjoy a grand summer kickoff with a BBQ in our private backyard.

Observe our house rules to ensure peaceful accommodation. This includes maintaining noise levels, safeguarding our decor, and adhering to check-in/out times.

House Rules

– During stay, number of occupants shouldn’t exceed the occupancy limit of the property which is 6.

– Do not share codes outside of your accompanied members. If you do, you will be held liable for any damages cause by others.

– Please adhere to the check-in/out times. If you require additional time, please inform us the soonest so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

– Do not stain bedding, take any household items. If identified, additional charges will be applied.

– No smoking inside the home, No illegal drugs and/or activities at all. If smoking outside, please properly dispose of your cigarettes in the trash bin.

– No loud music after 10 pm. No loud profanity or excessive loud noise.

– If you have pets, pet owner must keep pets off the furniture or travel with a lint roll/brush to remove all pet hair from furniture.

– All pet feces must be scooped and discarded from the around property.

– Furniture, decorations are not to be re-arranged or moved.

– Do not leave electronics and lamps unplugged.

– Make sure TVs are working properly when you leave or inform us

– Do not clog drains with excessive hair or food. Please put these items in the trash.

– Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

– Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguisher. If unnecessarily activated, you will be responsible for furniture replacement if damage occurs.

– No illegal streaming, downloading of illegal software, audio/video is allowed. No xxx-rated video is allowed. If identified by the ISP, you will be held liable for any legal actions.
