As we are pet-friendly, your furry companions are welcome. However, we kindly request adherence to pet policies, such as keeping pets off the furniture. We aim to keep our home clean, welcoming, and comfortable for all our guests.

Down the street from the historic downtown filled with restaurants and shopping. Close to Delano and Wilson-Morgan Parks. Occasionally you can catch some intramural softball games right across the street.

Access

Guests have full access to the one-bedroom suite, patio, and backyard. A smart lock ensures unrestricted and seamless self-check-in at your convenience. On-site parking is available for our guests who are traveling by car, ensuring uninterrupted access to your vehicle throughout your stay.

House Rules

– During stay, number of occupants shouldn’t exceed the occupancy limit of the property which is 4.

– Do not share codes outside of your accompanied members. If you do, you will be held liable for any damages cause by others.

– Please adhere to the check-in/out times. If you require additional time, pwlease inform us the soonest so that we can make appropriate arrangements.

– Do not stain bedding, take any household items. If identified, additional charges will be applied.

– No smoking inside the home, No illegal drugs and/or activities at all. If smoking outside, please properly dispose of your cigarettes in the trash bin.

– No loud music after 10 pm. No loud profanity or excessive loud noise.

– If you have pets, pet owner must keep pets off the furniture or travel with a lint roll/brush to remove all pet hair from furniture.

– All pet feces must be scooped and discarded from the around property.

– Furniture, decorations are not to be re-arranged or moved.

– Do not leave electronics and lamps unplugged.

– Make sure TVs are working properly when you leave or inform us

– Do not clog drains with excessive hair or food. Please put these items in the trash.

– Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

– Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguisher. If unnecessarily activated, you will be responsible for furniture replacement if damage occurs.

– No illegal streaming, downloading of illegal software, audio/video is allowed. No xxx-rated video is allowed. If identified by the ISP, you will be held liable for any legal actions.
